⦁ Although we take utmost care to provide you the best prices irrespective of the quantity, you can always reach out to us for bulk orders.
Can I change my order once it’s been placed?
⦁ Yes, we keep a one-hour window before starting to process your order in case you want to make any changes to your order. Kindly reach out to us in that case.
Can you supply us with products from brands/makers not listed on the website?
⦁ Yes, kindly reach out to us with your requirement and we shall be able to help you with the same.
Payments
How can I pay for an order?
You can choose to pay for an order with any of the below methods:
⦁ Direct Bank Transfer (UPI, NEFT, and RTGS, online as well as offline)
⦁ Cheque Payments
⦁ Credit Card / Debit Card / Wallets, etc.
⦁ Cash On Delivery (available only in Mumbai and Gujarat for now)
⦁ Pay Later with a verified Credit Account

Cancellation and Returns
Can I cancel my order?
We keep a one-hour window before starting to process your order in case you want to make any changes to your order. Kindly reach out to us in that case.
Can I return the product delivered to me?
⦁ Of course, a product can be returned but only under the following circumstances:
⦁ Product is physically damaged/defective/wrong size
⦁ Varies from the description on the website
⦁ Wrong item delivered
⦁ Note: To justify supply chain cost, we don’t encourage returns for those products worth less than 1000.
What should I do if I find the package open or tampered with on delivery?
