Hicut 6710 is a high-performance boron-free, emulsion-type cutting coolant. This product exhibits, excellent bio-stability and forms a whitish emulsion when dispersed in water. Medium hardness water can be used for making the emulsion. Hicut 6710 is mineral oil & ester-containing, versatile machining coolant which can be applied for rough and fine machining of aluminum, steel as well as cast iron materials.

Hicut 6710 distinguishes itself as an excellent product, by virtue of its emulsion stability and in well-maintained systems, generally, doesn’t require post-preservation. The high oil content and effective additive system provide good rust prevention properties, stable pH, and good filterability.

Recommended Use Concentrations:

• Turning, Drilling, Milling: 5% to 7%
• Sawing, Reaming: 7% to 10%
